- A quiet space, free of interruptions.
- Headphones, not required but strongly suggested.
- A journal and pen
- A glass of water
Before You Begin:
- Set an intention for your meditation.
- Create a sacred space. Perhaps light a candle, and burn sage or palo santo to clear and raise the vibration of your energy and space.
Next, grab your journal. Write down these journal prompts:
- Where in my life am I not expressing my highest truth?
- What unfinished communication might be creating obstacles in my life?
- In what ways do I hold myself back or make myself small?
When you have completed the meditation begin to express into your journal the messages or clarity that came through during your meditation. Noting all of your senses. For example; What emotions came up for you? Who did you see or feel? What colors did you see? By doing so your are exercises your psychic awareness!
